Project Scoot is alive!

As you can see the Scoot is undergoing winter testing carried out in all weathers by my crack team of road testers Khia and Danielle.
We are looking out for a spare set of wheels so testing can continue no matter what the conditions or terrain.

Project Pit Scoot is back on

Now I have a bit spare time the Melody is gonna get the treatment, starting with stripping all the lights and unwanted electrics and cutting off all the spare metal lugs that held the body work on. I have a few ideas how it will look but will probably be what ever bits I can get off fleabay for pence. The frame looks pretty cool now I've black Hammerited it, so I'm on the look out for some mini MX plastics to set it off, KTM orange sounds good to me.

November update

Well the adrenalin rush from Thruxton has died down and the bike has gone into winter mode, things like draining the water out and replacing with anti freeze so I can fire it up every couple of weeks to dry out moisture and putting the battery on my Dads Optimate thingymajig to keep it healthy.
While all the fairings are off I'm giving them a new coat of Halfords finest spray paint, keeping with the same colours as this year just to finish off all the paint I've stored up. Trouble is its too cold to spray around the garage so the backhouse was great until Helen came home and smelt the evidence!
There's a long list of jobs planned for the bike to get it back to tip top but why do today what you can easily put off till tomorrow.
Anyhoo back to my new hobby http://www.teagames.com/games/tgmotocross3/play.php
